The house is sold?

We have been pretty lucky with real estate, never really being burned too bad, but we've had our share of bad experiences with tenants ... even one where the guy showed us a check he had made for millions of dollars to buy a helicopter to let us know he had money but didn't have it for the rent.

Today we sold one of these nightmarish houses after a few failed attempts at closing. The last one was butchered by a crazed tenant who does not want us to sell the house. But now, its finally gone, it went to a buyer who wanted to know if we ever had plumbing issues because the mad tenant had him ask to be safe in buying the house. He asked, we answered, and now the house is gone.

I am celebrating because as much as I like getting rent money I hate tenants that much more.
