The Shoot-Thru Mill Circle

I am still not sure what this skill really is as much as Giulia tries to explain it to me. She's been telling me for a few weeks that she's very close to getting it. Today she came home all excited that she did her Shoot-Thru Mill Circle ALL BY HERSELF.

It goes something like this - "Its on the bars. You are on top and you put one leg over, then you turn around the bar, and then you get yourself back up" - I have to go in one day and see this skill because I think what I am visualizing may not exactly be the skill itself.

Giulia also has her front handspring now ALL BY HERSELF. At least this one I know!
